Of course you are looking at a beautiful QUEEN uniform and knee pads wishing to order, but a fear is telling you:

”If it is too big, or too small, doesn’t fit me, I will lose my time and money ” And again you are trapped by your fears staying without desired things( And now we will try to destroy evil spells and convince you that you deserve the best and the risks are not as terrible as it seems ! With Queen Wear :

- You can always exchange items, if there is a wrong size, or, if you’ve decided to choose another color, model etc. (during the period of 14 days since the moment of a purchase);⠀

- You can always give back things, if you have changed your mind, or another urgent cases (during the period of 14 days since the moment of a purchase) ⠀

- If any changes were found on the product ( defects), we always arrange an exchange of goods with compensation for delivery costs. ⠀

- We give a guarantee for our product. We maintain contacts with you even after you bought something and provide a consultation about all questions, as well as control the quality of the product . In case something goes wrong with the product and it’s not your fault, we provide complete compensation, such as: free fix, replacement, exchange etc . ⠀

You can be sure in Queenpolewear, if anything goes wrong, we will always find a compromise suitable for you!

Exchange

  • Possible within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for postage costs of returning the items.
  • QUEEN handles the postage costs of the new shipment for your exchange product(s)
  • Your exchange will be processed in approximately 7 working days.
  • Without your name and order number we will be unable to process your exchange.

  • Provided that the outlook of the product is preserved along with a package and a label.

QUEEN  Warranty

3 months is fully guaranteed responsibility for the integrity of stitches and fabric. In case when any damage occurs on a production and this was not your fault. When it is guarantee case in the first 3 months, we, “Queen wear” brand producer, take full responsibility for replacement or repair of the production (depending on each case).

Guarantee repair is not performed in following cases:

  • When production is damaged on client’s fault as a result of improper use and violation of the recommendations of care and use.
  • Application of inadequate cleaning and washing, washing and drying at high temperature above 30 degrees Celsius, usage of bleaching agents, usage of other agents that don’t spare fabric or chlorine-based agents.
  • If there is improbable mechanic damages.
  • If there is damage as a result of ironing.
  • Guarantee is not spread on protective pads which are replaceable.

Replacement or repair of the production in guarantee case is carried out at our own expense, however shipping costs must be paid by a buyer.
